The GIVE study shows that golf is a uniquely comprehensive physical activity program that can help veterans with their physical function, cognitive function and overall sense of well-being. Golf has physical demands that can help to improve the cardiovascular health, muscular strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Veterans can use golf as a method of coming together as a community of like-minded peers.

 
Do you have one of the new large headed drivers? If you want to launch it nice and high, tee the ball higher and further forward in your stance. This will allow you to catch the ball on the up swing and launch the ball.
